Idea
The Human Resources Office is committed to fulfilling its service mission in accordance with the regulations and policies of the Ministry of Education and the University. In support of the University's long-term development goals, the Office formulates and implements sound personnel policies and regulations to safeguard the rights and interests of faculty and staff while enhancing employee welfare.
Goal
Our paramount goal is to improve the personnel system, enhance faculty quality, strengthen employee benefits, promote campus harmony, and increase satisfaction with administrative services.
Units in the preparation and service category:
The Human Resources Office is responsible for overseeing all personnel affairs of the University. In alignment with the University's long-term development goals, the Office plans and implements human resources strategies, establishes and maintains a sound personnel system, and administers organizational staffing, personnel regulations, and personnel information management. The Office also manages matters relating to the appointment, salary administration, promotion, transfer, performance evaluation, rewards and disciplinary actions, professional development and training, employee benefits, insurance, attendance and leave administration, retirement, pensions, severance, teacher qualification review, and other personnel-related services for faculty and staff.
