Weare the behind-the-scenes team that keeps Tajen University running smoothly, safely, and comfortably every day. Our office includes three divisions:

• Facilities and General Services Division
  We take care of campus construction, repairs, utilities, purchasing, cleaning services, campus facilities, shops, and support for university events. See something that needs fixing? This is the team to contact.
• Property Management Division
  We manage university property, parking permits, campus security systems, mail and packages, telephones, transportation, and venue reservations. We help keep campus resources organised and easy to use.
• Cashier Division
  We handle tuition and other payments, receipts, scholarships and subsidies, payroll, and the collection and payment of university funds. Questions about payments or receipts? Our Cashier Division is ready to help.
