本校以健康產業為發展核心，結合藥學、護理、社會工作、寵物照護及智慧健康等特色領域，建構跨域整合的教學與實作環境，讓學生在專業學習過程中，能夠鏈結產業需求、掌握未來趨勢，培養解決問題與創新應用的能力。同時，我們積極推動產學合作、校外實習及專業證照輔導，提升學生就業競爭力與職場即戰力。
在國際化發展方面，本校持續深化海外交流與合作，推動國際專班、學海計畫、海外實習及跨國學習機會，培養學生全球移動力與國際競爭力，讓學習不受地域限制，與世界接軌。

Welcome to Tajen University
In an era marked by the rapid growth of the global health industry, the arrival of an aging society, and the widespread application of smart technologies, Tajen University upholds its motto, “Diligence in Learning, Benevolence in Action”, and is committed to cultivating talents who possess professional competence, humanistic care, innovative thinking, and a global perspective. We continue to advance toward becoming an international university of applied sciences distinguished by excellence in health care and wellness education.
With the health industry as its core focus, Tajen University integrates distinctive disciplines including Pharmacy, Nursing, Social Work, Pet Care, and Smart Health. Through interdisciplinary teaching and hands-on learning environments, students are encouraged to connect academic knowledge with industry needs, understand future trends, and develop problem-solving and innovative application capabilities. At the same time, we actively promote industry-academia collaboration, off-campus internships, and professional certification programs to enhance students’ employability and workplace competitiveness.
In terms of internationalization, the University continues to strengthen global partnerships and overseas collaborations through international programs, study-abroad initiatives, overseas internships, and cross-border learning opportunities. These efforts foster students’ global mobility and international competitiveness, enabling them to broaden their horizons and engage with the world beyond geographical boundaries.
