  1.填妥報名表後請備妥(Preparation of Registration)

          (1)一吋照片二張（一張請自行黏貼於貼於報名表，並請於另外一張背

              面 寫上參加班別及姓名）

              (Two 1 in” photos, one with signature and the other for registration form)

          (2)身份証或護照正面影印本（姓名及身份證字號部分務必清楚顯示)  

              (Photocopy of passport and citizen ID displaying clear ID No. and name)

  2.聯絡及報名方式 (How to contact and register)

      (1) 通訊報名：通訊報名前，請先以電話確認欲參加之班別是否額滿，然  

                               後再下載報名表格並選擇您欲參加之班別。以電子郵件或

                              真方式報名。

           Before registration, please inquire whether the class you would like to attend  

           isfully registered or not. Download the registration form and full in with

          details.  Fax or Email to language center to complete registration.
